Dr. Robotnik's greatest creation, Metal Sonic, is timeless. Despite belonging to a creator who quickly loses interest in projects that do not shape up to his expectations, Metal has been reshaped, retooled, and revised countless times. Though nearly succeeding on many occasions, he has always failed to measure up to his doppelganger, demonstrating an unmatched persistence in the effort of defeating his rival. His disdain for Sonic compels him to continue.
