Another of Wizeman the Wicked's henchmen, Jackle is a wicked enigma that fought NiGHTS in their intitial journey through dreams. He is known as "The Mantle" and wielded deadly Tarot cards, along with a dose of maniacal laughter, in his battle with NiGHTS. He is supposedly a failed 1st level Nightmaren, putting him at a similar power level to NiGHTS and Reala. He wasn't seen again after his defeat, until now. He has returned to join the World Grand Prix, doubtless to cause even more mischief.
